3 phase delta interview question

I went on an interview and they hit me with a question I could not answer. On a 3 phase 3 wire 240v ungrounded system what would be the voltage between one leg and ground. alternatively on what would be the voltage if it were grounded. I hope I remembered the question right. not sure if they said 240v or 480v . btw im not an electrician just a maintenance guy. I would apprieciate help on this answer in case they question me on it? btw I answered) 0 volts for the ungrounded and 240v for the grounded system.. how did I do? and please explain the technical reasons why.
