Hey Everyone im new to the forum but have been looking up questions on here for years! Hopefully i can gain some wisdom from everyone! Thanks in advance!

I need to wire 3 tesla chargers in an older warehouse that has a 3 phase Delta system. Another electrician ran a 200 amp single phase panel with the A phase, B phase(high leg), and ground (no neutral in the panel). If I understand correctly on the other forum questions I've seen, I should be ok to run the 3 2pole breakers needed, on this panel right?

No sure about the chargers. As far as I know they are just standard tesla chargers.

Yes I do agree about the 3 phase panel. I am coming into this project as the 2nd electrician so I'm trying to figure out some stuff that the original guy did.

Yes this is fine. Note you will need straight, not slash rated breakers. It is usually cheaper to just use 3 pole breakers. If it happens to be a Siemens true panel board, you can use a BQD 2 pole breaker
