Where a ser cable leaves metermain and drops down under the encloseure and goes through the brick to the crawl space and then to the subpanel. If this is installed in pvc is this now not allowed according to 300.9 if so anyone got a good idea to solve the problem>the whole thing is not pvc just where it comes from the metermain down 4inches and into a LB then a 15 inch peice of pvc with a coupler and clamp then ser to panel.
