Is that video a 'normal' 3 minutes of action? Why does the shaker shut down and start up again? Manual controls? Just watching, it's almost like there's an overload and someone resets the breaker! It looks like less than 30 seconds down time between runs.
Is there a 2nd shaker nearby? Audio sounds like there's another one running. Is there a limit on the electricity? Only one shaker runs at once?

If they have been doing this occasionally for 4 years without a failure, I wouldn’t do anything unless they plan to increase the occurrences of this duty, or downtime is totally unacceptable.
