30kw liquid cooled gen not cranking

23 is not on nuetral

The white wire on 0-ground is. Not the white wire on NEU I am repelling new wire once I find what’s popping fuse.

So something internal is popping it cause I took all wires off and it’s still popping fuse

If it’s that messed up I can’t see it

Looks like the blue wire is on the wrong terminal at the generator. It should power the transfer relay. Can’t read what that terminal says.

OK looked at this on the desktop instead of the phone.

Why didn't you use the wires color coded for the terminals?

Regardless, if one pic is the ATS side, and the other is the gen side, then you have a white wire going from the 120 volt battery charger, to 12V DC- on the other.

Ya just corrected that I pulled all wires off to see if fuse would blow and I swapped them my origanal post of picture was correctBlue is on 23 they put the block lower first two ports are for remote start and the. Its

Yes I should have used correct colors but had these on truck.


The white on terminal 0 dc does not go to NUE
NUE is straight to neutrel


The white on 0dv in ats is ground in gen

Either way I found this harness is blowing fuse I need the matience digraph to find it

Why is the blue wire, which is terminated on “23 Transfer” at the ATS, terminated on I don’t know what, looks like “control something”, on the GenSet?

I will be pulling the color code to match incase I have to have a Liquid cooled tech come out so they don't flip. I guess from another form I am only qualified for air cooled not liquid for warranty issue.

The control block is lower by quite alot.
The last picture I posted was when I re-terminated and took a picture, I swaped 23 and 194 back to my original picture when I noticed.
I had the harness feeding the ATS block disconnect at that time so no energy was applied.

Thanks for the help found issue and gen been running for an 30 minutes now
I did rerun the wires and color code better for the next guy
