Just out of curiousity... per Table 250.66 for service conductors OVER 1100KCM copper....3/0 copper would be the required GEC. But where does the 12.5% of largest service conductor, for sizing the GEC come in to play? For example, paralleled 600KCM service conductors?

As far as Grounding Electrode Conductors, 3/0 Cu would be that largest required regard of the size of the service conductors. The 12-1/2% come into play for Bonding jumpers 250.28 & 250.102; or Grounded Conductors 250.24

My apologies. I had the 12.5% Main Bonding Jumper sizing rule, 250.28 (D)(1) confused with the GEC. :ashamed1:
