I believe there is a code section that states you can never use the 90 deg except for derating for voltage drop and temp and stuff.

actually you can use the 90 deg table as long as you use a compatible device.But I have since found that the feed thru lugs are only rated 75 deg so I am back to square one.Cant find a 90 deg lug.
