First, forgive my inexperience. 314.15 last sentence, fittings installed in wet locations shall be listed for use in wet locations. Who does the listing (UL)? Where can I find the list of approved fittings for wet or damp locations? If I have a fitting, how can I check to see if it is on a list or is listed?

Listing is performed by a National Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). UL is just one of several.

You need to check the manufacturers labeling to determine listing. Also, Annex A provides product standard numbers for various materials specified in the code.
