320 Meter Mains

Is there such a thing as a meter-mains that comes with larger than 200A mains - I see 320s' with 2-200A Mains, but not single.

If I want to use 320 meter to feed greater than 200A, am I going to end up requiring a separate service disconnect/breaker? Application is 120/240 VAC. sorry if it is a dumb question, I don't get involved with this type of install normally.

I need a single 400A service disconnect which then feeds panels a couple hundred feet away. If I am reading the cut sheets correctly - the 320's shown come with either a 400A panel or smaller distribution with multiple 200A (or smaller) bkrs. but maybe I am reading it wrong. that's why I asked the question here.

Eaton had a 400A MB & distribution panel w/ stabs rated for 225A breakers, the breaker case is 3 pole wide, but the innards are single phase, surely they sell one sans the distribution panel.
