3PH Breaker feeds 3 single phase loads

Hello,
I have encountered a 3 phase breaker with each pole feeding a separate load. In this case, each breaker pole feds a single phase heater. I have not been able to find anything in the code addressing this. Is this code compliant? Is there a code section that addresses this?

Is this a MWBC with a neutral?

Is there a shared neutral between the circuits? This is a typical multiwire branch circuit

The heaters may not require a neutral.

I’m guessing it’s a wye system. A-N, B-N, C-N.

But yes, I guess a guy could if he needed to.
