Just wanted to confirm that 4/0 xhhw-2 Al wire can be fed from a 200 amp breaker. Using 75 deg. column showing 180Amps. Next size standard overcurrent device is 200 Amps.

As long as the calculated load doesn't exceed 180 amps you are good to go. I assume this wire is in conduit and not a se cable
