Right now i am working on some modification job for that i need 4 position and 5 position selector switches as control voltage is 110V DC , can any body give the branded name of those companies with reference of selector switch which are manufacturing those SS.

Thanks in advance

I love Allen Bradley 30.5mm pushbuttons and selector switches and try not to use anything else if possible.

That is fine, but I bet they don't have more than 4 positions on a selector switch.

As Jim Dungar said, 110VDC is the bugaboo here. You may technically be able to use the typical 30mm industrial control pilot device type switches (if you can find them in 5 position), but switching DC is more difficult than AC so their contacts are usually limited to very low DC energy capacity, as in 50-80VA max. That means roughly 450-730mA at 110VDC. Allen Bradley's for example are limited to 69VA, so 630mA and if you are switching anything with a solenoid it will not likely take it. Those Square D cam switches are not rated for using on DC at all! So make sure you check any options out thoroughly before using them on 110VDC.

Look at the Electroswitch devices for the Power Industry, i.e. Switchboard cam switches. They are much bigger and have more DC capacity.
