4 AWG in 50 A range receptacle?

So, two separate 50a circuits. D-oh! 🙄
exactly lol I’m sorry for the confusion , I think by the time I make a post on here it’s bc I’m so frustrated trying to Google and read through the code and I end up typing too fast without being thorough enough in my post.
 
I’ll talk to him about making a 40 A circuit . It’s a rental and he could supply a cheaper small range and 8/3 UF cable is $2.71 per foot. The reason I’m not sure about the MC cable is because it has to be shipped and they guaranteed a 7 day shipping time but a lot of reviews complained about their orders taking too long to arrive. Plus the shipping charge is an additional 50$ to WV.
just buy the #6 Al SER, it should still be cheaper and if its not you will still save on time.
 
Use a two gang deep mason box. I find them to have the most room but it still tight. Range outlets are always a pain in the fruity patuity
