4 IR camera wireles

The company lowvoltagesupply.com recommended a 4 IR camera wireless set with 4 camera receiver(2.4GHz).

Also does this mean to watch 4 cameras at once using the DVR card software I need 4 antennas on the receiver. (To pick up 4 signals at once)? Any advice...........?

If the cameras transmit an analog signal on different frequencies, you still only need one antenna, but multiple tuned stages or similar provisions in the receiver.
However, if the communication is digital, using WiFi protocols for example, then there is only one receiver and the various cameras take turns transmitting the digital data.

Since you did not link to or name a particular product, it is hard to be more specific than that.
