4 parallel sets in 2 nipples

Swapping out a 1200A ATS, 208y/120. I want to use 2 4" PVC nipples between the ATS and panelboard it serves. Each nipple would contain 2 sets of 4 400mcm THW (A,B,C,N) and a 3/0 EGC.

No derating in nipple and good at 60% fill.

Anyone see any issues with this?
