4 Wire Delta System

It is high only as measured to the center tap. You can remove the center tap and have a delta, but the only available voltage will be line to line. You will not have a line to neutral voltage available.

Since you have provided no information regarding the the trasnsformer that is it being repurposed and what the nameplate of the transformer is I'm guessing that it may be a 240/120 3ph4w? If presently in service where is it grounded?
If you do change the connections would the existing NP be confusing?
You could simply eliminate any connection to the X0 which is a centertap between to A and C phases removing any ground connected there. Then, since it is advisable to have a grounded system ground the B phase turning it into a grounded B phase.
