It is only money, and if the customer is willing to foot the bill....
That's one of those tricky placement issues that would require work to convince a spotter. They don't like any meter facing the front or rear property lines. Only on the sideHe mentioned the side windows preventing fitting both panels back-to-back to the meter, so back-to-back is obviously an option. My suggestion means that only the meter would have to be outside.
It's just pennies compared to the price of the house. They'll probably be asking 1.4 millionIt is only money, and if the customer is willing to foot the bill....
I bought one about 2 years ago Milbank U5059-X-2/200-K3L at my supply house for just a little over $1000. Doubt they went up that much since then.I've never had the occasion to price one, but here is the one Augie suggested. I like it, but that price is more than I charged for the entire serviceView attachment 2559707
It's about 4500 sf on 1st and 2nd floors. It's 5 bed 6 bath right now with future basement finish.I'm curious. The house doesn't look too large, why the 400 amp? What kind of load? Prepping for EV charging? Or is there more than visible in the picture. Just wondering with all the efficient things being produced now. Thanks
