Residential Customer has 320 metercan with 400a disconnect that feeds 2-150a main breaker sub panels. Customer didnt have key for locked disconnect so we couldn't see wire size and It's possible the disconnect has 300amp fuses but would it be permitted to tap the 400a fused disconnect with 400a into 2-150a main breaker panels?
