465 feet, 120 volts, wire sizing for voltage drop

a customer is asking me for wire size for 465 ' underground for 20 amps 120 v. On Calculator.net, I get #2 AL. He wants to use #2 AL URD direct burial. Am I correct, keeping less than 5 % ?

#2 is correct.

But is 20A the true load, or is he basing that on the OCPD?

For example, a 16A load on a 20A OCPD would drop it to #3.
