480 volt 3 phase transformer

I'm not sure I totally understand the question, but a 240/120 panel can not have 480 volt supplying the panlel itself.
The 480 oftenh supplies the transformer which then suopplies the panel with it's rated voltage (208Y120)(240/120, etc).
On second thought perhaps you are asking if a three phase transformer can supply a single phase panel, if that is the question, yes.

But you cannot feed a sp panel with 480 and expect 240/120.
Even if it was a 240/120 3Ph panel you could not feed it from 480. You would have higher voltage than what the panel is rated for.
Confusing question.

If you're asking if you could feed a 240 volt panel with 480 volts the answer is no. The panel rating would be required to be 480 volts or greater.
