480 volt 3 phase transformer

I'm not sure I totally understand the question, but a 240/120 panel can not have 480 volt supplying the panlel itself.
The 480 oftenh supplies the transformer which then suopplies the panel with it's rated voltage (208Y120)(240/120, etc).
On second thought perhaps you are asking if a three phase transformer can supply a single phase panel, if that is the question, yes.

But you cannot feed a sp panel with 480 and expect 240/120.
Even if it was a 240/120 3Ph panel you could not feed it from 480. You would have higher voltage than what the panel is rated for.
Confusing question.

can a 480 volt 3 phase transformer feed a 240/120 vac power panel?

If you're asking if you could feed a 240 volt panel with 480 volts the answer is no. The panel rating would be required to be 480 volts or greater.
