Not exactly. A delta-wye transformer would be a SDS because you're connecting the HV side to three ungrounded conductors and are providing a new ground on the LV side, thus deriving a neutral at the load side.

Your PV array is a source device other than service in your system, similar to a generator which is not using a 4-pole transfer switch to establish a SDS but is using 3-pole transfer switch the system neutral from the normal operating source.
