I just read in another thread that the code requires a grounded conductor to be brought to each service disconnect per NEC 250.24B.

I have only installed 277/480 services.

What do you do when the power company tells you that they can only give you 480VAC/3-phase/3- Wire because of the location? No Neutral.

We don't have any 277volt loads.

The rule you cited only applies if the power company has grounded the 480 volt system. A 3 phase 480 volt 3 wire delta system does not have or need a grounded conductor.
