5 hp single phase 220v motor wiring- data tag not legible

I am servicing a 5HP 220v single phase air compressor for a customer. This is a six lead motor. The compressor suddenly reversed its normal direction. New start and run caps were installed. Motor tag is 35 years old and not legible.

Can someone please help me confirm this wiring configuration? Once new caps were installed, motor hums and will not start.

T-7 (smaller gauge motor) to Herm (run cap)
22 (smaller gauge motor) to C (run cap)
T-5 (smaller gauge motor) to C (run cap) to Line 1 to T-4 (large gauge motor)
T-8 (smaller gauge motor) to Line 2 to T-1 (large gauge motor)
Jumper lead C (run cap) to start cap to 11 (smaller gauge motor)

Your input is greatly appreciated.
 
there are bunches of you tube videos on this subject The start winding has more resistance than the run winding you will have to ring out all the wires and identify the cap wires and the starting switch.
 
It’s possible that the centrifugal switch has failed open. Especially after 35 years!
Clamp on Amprobe on the start winding. Zero current = open switch.
At some point, it becomes more economical to replace the motor.
