Just to mention it, as Sheldon Cooper would, "nauseous" is used to describe something that causes nausea; you were nauseated.

I appreciate your comment more than most would since I tend correct other people's spelling and grammar (although I try very hard not to do it here :). Not that there aren't a myriad of opportunities. :D) However, upon looking up the definition I found this:

which seems to indicate I used the word correctly.

BTW I side with Sheldon Cooper in most situations. ;)
 
You would have never made it my era, driving pre 1970 model vehicles that would also do zero to 60 in like 2 seconds, because back then you also had the fear of the frond end falling out from underneath it to contend with on top of the acceleration rush.... :p

I'm pre 1960's (1957 model to be exact) and made it through just fine although I don't remember being given too many rides in fast cars. I did learn to drive in a Ford Mustang with a stick. (It was Mom's. :))
