Please examine to me in simple terms what 551-76 means.Do you have to provide a separate wire from the main disconnect to the camper pedestal for a ground or just install a ground rod to the cabinet?

551.76(C) 05 NEC From what you are saying sounds like load side equipment 250.24(5) Neutral cannot be used as EG Separate EG must be ran from service Equipment.551.76(D) NO connections on the load side. There are acceptions and I may be wrong. Lets see what others can do for us.
