McMaster-Carr has a carbide tipped hole saw that is 6.25 diameter.
$267 each. Holy hell!

In other news, got the 6" spyder in. It does work on my Lennox brand arbor just fine. I'll tell you what, if you run a dewalt, you might not have to worry, but if you run a red drill, your ass better be holding it concentric, be turning slow, and have your fingers super light on the trigger. You talk about something that can literally rip your wrist off. LMAO

I will say the 6" is just a tad undersized as some mentioned in the hardie panels. I'll put a burr on the drill and buzz the tabs on the quadrants. It won't take me long and it will be better than the light holes being sloppy large in the soffits. The 6" holes will work just fine in sheet rock I bet. We won't have rock for another week or two to try it out. I could bend every other cutting tip out a tad...... kidding.

Well, I got all 23 soffit lights cut in with the Spyder and it remains sharp as can be. I did almost shat myself when I was making up one of them and the cat had went up the attic ladder and popped his head out the hole at me. He dropped by to say hi and I almost dove off the ladder to my death. LMAO

And, yes, you may chastise me for running white NM to the drivers despite our local city code inspector not allowing the use of 14 awg anywhere. I refuse to run 12 ga wire to a light fixture that draws .11A. Yet another reason why I moved that far from town.

I got a call one day around 5 pm from the homeowner who couldn't find her cat. I realized it probably went in the attic and we didn't see it so I told her to check the attic hatch. Sure enough the cat was there..........

That's good that you thought of it. Probably saved it's life.

This little white turd that I named Archibald Barisol had a blast during rough-in. He was walking across the ceiling joists with ease and following me everywhere. I just wish I could tie the wires to his tail and have him pull them where I needed them. Would have saved lots of ladder work.

And for those that like humor, this is where I got the name. I remembered it from John Fox from decades ago. My wife was not impressed when I told here what I named him. LOL

We had more barn cats yesterday and I named the little blackish one Prince Hakeem, Ruler of Zumunda....until it hit me that all calico cats are female. Her name is now Princess Hakeem, Ruler of Zumunda. LMAO
