60 kw generator

I have a 60 kw generator with a 300 amp breaker. the house is equipped with a 600 amp service. Does the feeders from the ATS switches( a 400 amp and a 200 amp) to main panel inside home ( three 200 amp main breaker panels) need to be rated for 300 amps?
 
The conductors should be sized to carry the load and be protected at their ampacity but there may be other things to consider such as 225.30.
Are the ATS at/on the residence ??

Im sorry for not being to clear on this one, the ATS are not located on the house or in the house, they are located out by the CT cabinet. My question still remains the same on am I sizing the wire coming off the the ATS customer load lugs that then go to a 200 amp rated panel with a main breaker(225.30) that is located in the home( there are 3 of them). Keep in mind the 60 KW generator has a 300 amp breaker which I will size the feeders to the ATS to carry the load with a CU 400 kcml. Its the customer load side of the ATS that feeds a 200 amp main breaker box in the house (again there are three of them due to a 600 amp service) I'm looking to size the feeders to code.
 
IMO, If the conductors meet the parameters of 240.21(B)(5) (outside taps) they can be sized at 200 amp.
The install, however, would be a violation of 225.30
