Just for the record, the #2 is XHHW-2. Does that have to be derated to 75 C?
If the equipment at terminations is rated 60° or 75° the conductor ampacity would have to match '
See 110.14(C).
A 90° conductor terminated on a 75° breaker must use it's 75° ampacity.

And the possibility of something having terminations suitable for 90C is extremely small. I have never seen it.
For this reason, when there is a persuasive reason to utilize the 90C rating of a conductor, one workaround is to transition to a larger wire using a s90C rated connection method in an appropriate enclosure and to then land that larger wire on the load.

Different type of installation, but in the plastics molding industries, 250C with crimp terminated wire on screw terminals is not at all uncommon for band heaters.
