Can someone please show me example of a pool deck post light that would be code compliant for being installed in example box “E”?

Seems to be any outdoor rated fixtures that are perminitly attached to the substrate it's mounted to wether it be a pole light mounted to a base or a wall mounted fixture

So a low voltage 12volt LED UL Listed deck post light is ok in this area ? Also how close can that same light be installed to a pool?

What does the manufacturers instructions say?

No closer than 10 feet to swimming pool . But the code says I can be with in 5 to 10 feet horizontally and at least 5 feet high if Rigidly attached

If the manufacturer says 10 feet then that is what the code says too, see 110.3(B), you can't change that.
