plans shows meter outside and main breaker at garage, they are about 10' apart inspector says that as long as it got approved by the city is what we have to do. it doesn't show anything before meter thats is one of the reasons im having this problem because i have to be prepare when they come to me and ask why did i do that

it make sense i wouldn't allow it my self, i just want to make it work without putting a main disconnect for all services
