I have incoming electric utility supply into commercial church service disconnects Panelboard which is MLO with six circuit breakers. All five circuit breakers are filled go to non solar panel load and sixth circuit breaker feeds one inverter which then feeds solar panels. The sixth breaker is opposite end of the incoming panelboard service.

Since the connection is right at the service disconnect sixth breaker the question can you use NEC 2014 Article 705.12(B)(2)(3) to check panelboard bus and breaker sizes? If yes then which one NEC 2014 of 795.12(B)(2)(3)(a),b,c,d, or e. If not then which Article should be used to check breaker, panelboard size in above situation?

Thank you for your input.

Since you are showing an MLO service panel, the solar is a supply side connection per 705.12(A), and none of the sections you've referred to apply. The solar breaker location does not matter. The busbar is protected (against overload, not fault) by the load breakers and nothing else, regardless of the solar.

Please see attachment post #2 their is sixth service disconnect breaker in the panelboard which feeds inverter and then to solar panels. How can it be supply side connection?

Looking at it another way, the five breakers are the service disconnect, so the panel bus is a service conductor. To which you are connecting the PV breaker.
