720' underground to a 200 amp residential panel, what size wire?

Building my own house in NYS. Ngrid can't get closer than 720' away. I have 200 amp panel, and must go underground . What is the correct size wire to run. 3 % max drop allowed. Really need help on this. Thanks so much
