Delayed a new service for customer last July, PUD quote then was $8400 (850 foot from existing lines).

I put off sending PUD a payment in July as neither I or customer was not ready yet.

New quote estimate today is $15,100! Ouch, expensive delay.

I have a Wishlist on Amazon of various electrical items that I keep track of pricing on to see what's really going on. Most of those items have gone up at least 15% in the last 60 days, some have doubled.

Many items also have wild daily price fluctuations.

This item was under $50 about a month ago.

Have you looked at the cost of utility type transformers these days?
I've been reading that copper prices are supposed to dip a little in 2023, then sky rocket to 2x - 4x what they are now towards the end of 2024 and into 2025.

Aluminum, being the backup for copper, will also hitch the same ride due to demand shock from the copper increases.
