80 kva Generac Gas LP, Help to Change 208 to 120 in 3 phase

Hello , I Need Some Help for Can change the wire Conections inside a 80KVa
3 Phases Generac LP Liquid cooled from 208V to 120 Volts. too in 3 phases. I Have Two page of Diagrams, I can Send It to any Member from Mi Email. Would you please any One Can Help Me, I need to Be assited Very Sure before wich Wires I will Need to Move. Thanks. I Have a tester of 03 Fases, one multimeter and one amperimeter ready in my hands.
