Above ground storeable pool, factory cord and plug

Above ground storeable pool, factory cord and plug supplying a filter motor, 15amp, 120v, 6ft. Do i need the change the cord to a 3ft #12 to comply? It will void the Warranty

Why not leave the 6'

(A) Length. For other than storable pools, the flexible cord
shall not exceed 900 mm (3 ft) in length.

failed inspection for that, i didnt think it was correct. To be clear, an above ground pool 42" completely above ground is considered a storable pool?
How about the 12 gauge wire?

As long as it is not deeper than 42" than it is storable. Of course the non metallic polymeric walls or inflatable walls can be any dimension and it would be considered storable

Storable Swimming, Wading, or Immersion Pools; or Storable/
Portable Spas and Hot Tubs. Swimming, wading, or immersion
pools that are intended to be stored when not in use,
constructed on or above the ground and are capable of holding
water to a maximum depth of 1.0 m (42 in.), or a pool, spa,
or hot tub constructed on or above the ground, with nonmetallic,
molded polymeric walls or inflatable fabric walls regardless
of dimension.
