Ac system wiring

For the guys who do residential here in NYC there's a local amendment against using #14 for "branch circuit" wiring

Were doing a project now where the house has those mini duct systems one condenser outside to a branch box and then from a branch box to the induvial blowers thought the space , My question is would you consider the wiring between branch box and blower to be a signal or branch circuit i say its a signaling circuit thus me being allowed to use # 14 specifically 14/4 AC cable ..

How is it you counting that section as signal wire? That conductor is normal current usually, normal signal wire is LV powered from a transformer.
If your referenced conductors from the "branch box" to the "blowers" is providing operating power (possibly 120/240 depending on your system) it is not a signal wire.

These are neither branch circuit conductors nor signal conductors.

These conductors carry power to loads, at the same voltage as supplies power to the condenser unit. So they are not signal conductors.

But these conductors are beyond the 'outlet'.

While field installed, they are part of the appliance that the outlet serves. Not sure how this changes things.
