I am working an estimate for a customer who needs 26 roof top AC only units installed. They are 5-ton 460V 3 phase units. The FLA is 13 amps from nameplate. I am calculating size for load demand to upgrade service. First unit would be 125% and next 25 would be at 100%. Is this correct?

Will the heating load be more than the cooling load? If so you technically dont need a service upgrade due to noncoincident loads (220.60). If not I would think 100% of each unit must be figured in service load calculation.
