Accessible or not

A question was asked on a recent test. If you were needing to work on a device that was reachable only by ladder, but you couldn't damage the building structure, or finish, was the device termed accessible, unaccessible, readily accessible, or semi accessible? We can find some of these items in the definitions, but not all of them.
 
You will not find unaccessible or semi-accessible because they aren't there.

The terms "unaccessible" and "semi accessible" are not part of the NEC and their purpose on the test was to confuse the test taker.

"Readily Accessible" can be discounted as an "incorrect" answer based on 100 definitions: "...without requiring those ... resort to portable ladders, and so forth."

The only available choice is now "Accessible". Looking at 100 again:
Accessible (as applied to equipment). Admitting close approach; not guarded by locked doors, elevation, or other effective means.
