I have a piece of walk in switch gear that is located on a 50' wide pier in Key West Fl. This switch gear is inside of a stainless steel inclosure with hinged doors on each side of the entrance and egress side of the gear. The manufacturer is stating that the only way to meet the wind loading requirements is to bolt these two doors close. Doesn't this violate the definition of accessible? Or un-obstructed means of egress due to the fact that one door could still be bolted close?
