Hi all, if anyone knows how we can apply overtime factor in ACCUBID without effecting the total hours please let me know or share ideas??

You can in a few areas. Do you want to add OT above and beyond your direct labor tab hours or do you want to take portion of the direct labor hurs and make them OT?

I would like to take the portion of the direct labor hours and make them OT. That would be great if you can let me know about the steps

Say you have 14 total ST hours for the job as shown in the one pic…where there is only one line, If you want to have a portion of those hours OT just create another line but don’t put in quantity for crew, just add OT hours. It’ll delete those OT hours from the 1st line of ST hours but over will be the same as you can see at the bottom. Hope this helps.
