adding a light to a daisy chain light circuit on a boat

I’m trying to add an led courtesy light to the nav and anchor light circuit on my boat and I’m not sure which wire that comes out of the switch is the + wire that connects to the nav/anchor lights. Also I cant find where the ground wire that connects to the nav/anchor lights is, can i just run a new ground wire from the new light im putting in to a separate screw on the - bus?
