Adding a remote controlled switch

I have a customer that wants to add a switch to an existing lighting circuit so she can control it from a second location. Is there some sort of remote control setup I can install to accomplish this? House is on a slab with a flat roof so fishing wire is a problem, but not impossible.

I was hoping for something along the X10 line but their only 3 way setup appears to be for existing only.

My first choice would be Lutron PICO. Available as a dimmer or switch, reliable, reasonably priced and readily available.

Thanks guys. I can automate an entire factory but have no experience in residential lighting wireless controls.
