Have 4- 4" PVC feeders with 4- 750 MCM CU in each. Need to put a 250 MCM CU ground in each. Any ideas? TIA!

How long are the runs and how many bends? Unless you're going to pull out the 750's your only hope is to get a duct rodder type fish tape through the pipe and then pull in a rope.

I believe this is related to the other thread where they're inserting a service rated ATS in the existing run making the condutors a feeder and not service conductors.

Is the question whether to try just adding the EGC vs pulling the wires out and adding it?

Pull in the 250 with a new 750, on the next one pull in the 250 and the 750 from the first run, and so on, you would need to have one new length of the 750,
