Advice Needed!! 100amp from panel to disconnect

I need some help to help me be confident in my knowledge on this issue.


I am installing a 100amp breaker from the main panel to a 100amp 3 phase saftey disconnect which will supply equipment. It is only running 20 feet from the panel.

What I need to know is what is the best wire size to run and how exactly does the disconnect need to be wired and grounded?

Any help would be appriciated! Thanks
