Advice on 110 electrical output in a car

I need to get from Texas to San Diego for a life-saving surgery, and I require an oxygen concentrator. The label says that it requires 120V~60Hz 5.5A. The rental vehicle I'm considering says that the 110 outlets deliver 300 watts while driving or 3.6 amps.

Will this vehicle run this oxygen concentrator?

I will add that you need at least a 660W inverter.
