You can't just throw this out there with no info....

You could call Square D tech support.
this what I did to find out after the breakers started tripping a 2nd time.

My supplier told me the same thing. Homeline arc faults with certain date codes. They pulled them of the shelves. He did nor or would not give me a recall notice.

I checked the Square D web site but could not find anything.

you will need to call Square D tech support. and or the local Square D Rep.
all of the Square D AFCI - QO and Homeline are affected.

Hard to believe there is no info on the Sq D web site if this is for real.

I meet with the local Square D rep last week he exchanged all the bad brekaers I had for new ones that had just been reissued. I also gave him back the 2 cases I had and he is sending me new replacements.


I have heard that the problem seems to be mainlly in the Denver area.

I have been in touch with the Square D ceder rapids Plant Engineers too
