AFCI's & ROC feedback in San Diego

Just wondering if anyone has heard any feedback from last month's public hearings in San Diego [Redondo Beach] regarding proposal #2-142 [AFCI's throughout the house]?

I know they have not yet compiled their report, but there is always someone around here who has inside information.

I heard that it is a go, so far.

I was just at the Southwestern Section meeting of the IAEI and we heard that it was a go also, though that was a couple of months ago.
