Am I correctly circuiting my computer room?

Here is the story, I am going to create a dedicated circuit in my house for my computer/entertainment room. I'm roughly going to be pushing 2000W's on this circuit at 100% load. So I will put this circuit on a 20A breaker.

Is this the correct way to do this:

I will have a dedicated circuit for this computer/entertainment room (lights within room will be on separate circuit). I will use a 20A breaker in the panel for a WATT capacity of 2000W (factoring in the 80% load safety limit) instead of a 15A breaker which has a 80% capacity of only 1500. I will use 12/2 Romex to my pre-fab outlet/J-box I make (12 gauge wire with 1 hot, 1 neutral, and 1 ground). My pre-fab outlet/J-box I am going to make will be a 4 11/16" "Deep" J-Box with a double 15A duplex receptacle inside of it. I will plug into my 15A receptacles my UPS system, and my other miscellaneous loads.

So here is my questions:

1.) Is a 15A receptacle okay to use in this scenario and still get the 20A/2000W capacity at the panel? Or do I need 20A receptacles? As long as I don't exceed 1500W on a single duplex receptacle (of the two in the box) will it be okay?

2.) If I made my outlet box with 20A receptacles wouldn't I have to get 20A plugs for my equipment? Or can 15A plugs (which I believe all mainstream equipment uses) usable in a 20A receptacle?

3.) I will try to put this circuit on a spare on the phase that has less draw, but if it is not possible, is it okay to unbalance the phases on a panel a little bit, to the extent of my little project here?

4.) Am I missing anything or doing anything wrong here?
