The owner is proposing putting a vacuum pump in the electrical room of an ASC. Reviewing the applicable codes that come to mind ... NEC110.26, NFPA 110, NFPA 99 I can't see anything prohibiting this. The service is under 1000 Amps and all the equipment is located in this room (Normal power, Emergency panels, ATS, transformers etc). Based on how restrictive the code is under some Level 1 conditions it just grabs my attention. I would appreciate any advice and feedback.

Thank you

As long as all clearances are met there should not be a problem.

If going to be in contact with a patient then must be on hospital panel where to get 130v you must use a double pole breaker. If has a gap in conductance then std power can be used.
